Hi-
I just recieved Felicity's riding outfit and was disappointed because the edges along quite a bit of it are unfinished. Is this how they all are? Is the PM one this way? Thanks

I believe mine from 1996 is like this.
From pictures on the site it looks EXACTLY the same.

But don't you think it looks cheaply done? I don't know I'm disappointed, in fact, I'm exchanging it for Elizabeth's which has no raw edges.

The older version has a thicker felt, if they'd seamed that properly on such a small item as the sleeve it would have become far to bulky. I've gotten used to it now and don't mind it anymore.

The old one is not seamed. Generally I don't think you would seam felt (also, the yellow felt AGT jacket from back in the day is not seamed either).
It never bothered me and doesn't detract from the beauty of this outfit at all.

It is also hisorically accurate for it to appear this way. This has been discussed here before.

Yes it is - the seams are just cut - both with the old and the new version. As it's made of felt it won't fray.

I tried putting it on her, and it just didn't spark me right, also the buttons were off they didn't line up right...hopefully Elizabeths will be cute.

Yes, it is historically correct to have the raw edges-It was a very popular style and practice back then.
